1. About these terms
These terms apply to the BattleBox Ammo website, also branded as BattleBox, and to products and services offered through it. By using the site or placing an order when ordering is available, you agree to the applicable terms. If you disagree, please stop using the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement to place an order. Use this site lawfully and provide accurate contact and order information.
2. Products, fit & appearance
BattleBox offers empty ammunition storage cases, battery storage cases, and apparel. Ammunition, batteries, firearms, optics, lights, and other equipment shown for demonstration are not included unless the product listing expressly says otherwise.
Review the exact product, caliber or battery size, dimensions, capacity, apparel size, and color selections before ordering. Screen colors are approximate. Visible layer lines and minor finish differences are normal characteristics of 3D printing. These appearance variations do not excuse a product that is defective or materially different from its description.
3. Care & intended use
Use storage products for their stated purpose and follow the instructions supplied with your equipment, ammunition, and batteries. A case label does not establish compatibility with a firearm or powered device.
Round Vault and CR123 Battery Storage use a TPU seal for waterproof storage when properly closed. No certified immersion depth or duration is stated. Stackable Vault is not waterproof and has no TPU gasket. These cases are not fireproof safes, security lockboxes, or child-resistant containers. Keep stored items away from children and unauthorized users, and protect cases from excessive heat.
4. Pricing & orders
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are additional unless specifically stated otherwise and will be presented before payment. Saving items in a cart does not place an order, reserve inventory, or guarantee a price.
Checkout is currently being prepared; no payment is taken through this website while checkout is disabled. When ordering opens, availability and the details shown at checkout apply. If an item or price is incorrect or unavailable, we will contact you before making a material substitution or increasing a charge. If we cancel a paid order, the amount collected for that canceled order will be refunded.
5. Shipping, changes & returns
Delivery is limited to eligible United States addresses. Review our shipping and return information before purchasing. Final processing times, shipping rates, return eligibility, and return instructions will be published before orders are accepted.
Contact us promptly if an order needs a change or arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
6. Customer support & email
Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your request and handle related service needs. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in promotional emails or text messages. Promotional communications require their own appropriate permission. You may use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop those emails; necessary order or service correspondence is handled separately.
7. BattleBox Ammo text messages
Program: BattleBox Ammo Customer Care & Order Updates. When messaging is available and you expressly opt in, you may receive non-marketing customer support replies, order status, and shipping or delivery updates at the mobile number you provide. This program does not include promotional offers or abandoned-cart marketing.
Your choice: Text updates are optional. Use the separate, initially unchecked consent box on our contact form to request them. Buying a product, accepting these terms, entering a phone number, or sending an inquiry alone does not authorize texts. Consent is not required to purchase or obtain assistance. Provide a number you own or are authorized to use, and let us know if it changes.
Frequency & charges: Message frequency varies with your support requests and order activity. Message and data rates may apply to incoming and outgoing texts. Ask your wireless provider about your plan.
Cancel: Reply STOP to a BattleBox message at any time. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent, after which the program will stop texting you. To rejoin, complete a new affirmative opt-in; sending another general inquiry does not re-enroll you.
Help: Reply HELP to a BattleBox message or email info@battleboxammo.com. An email inquiry remains available if texts do not arrive.
Delivery: Mobile carriers bear no responsibility for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive. Network availability and device settings can affect delivery; text messages should not be used for emergencies.
Privacy: See our mobile information and consent policy. Messaging availability depends on the service being active. Recording an opt-in does not mean a message has been sent.
8. Reviews & submitted content
Submit reviews based on your own experience and do not include another person’s private information, unlawful material, or content you lack permission to share. By submitting a review for publication, you allow BattleBox to display that review, rating, and chosen display name on the site. Your review email is not displayed publicly.
Reviews may be checked for spam, personal information, or irrelevant or unlawful content. Positive and negative feedback are welcome. Contact us if you need to correct or remove your submission.
9. Website use & availability
Do not misuse forms, submit false information, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorized access. BattleBox branding, photographs, and original site content belong to their respective owners. Personal browsing does not grant permission to reproduce them for commercial use.
We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Contact us about any material error. No provision here limits liability or statutory rights where such a limitation would be prohibited.
10. Updates
We may update these terms by publishing a revised page and effective date. The terms presented when an order is placed govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. Revising this page does not expand an existing text-message consent; a new purpose requires appropriate new consent.
